Lisa Veronicas: “I Feel So Untouched… But I’m Okay With It, I Promise”

Lisa Origliasso has revealed she’s just fine and dandy about the fact professional virgin, her new fiance Dean Geyer, has resisted doing un-Christian things to her naughty bits during their year long courtship.
Australian Idol finalist Geyer, 22, and Origliasso, 23, open up about life, love and sex in an interview with OK Magazine.
But only Origliasso is experienced in the latter. Geyer is saving sex for marriage.
“I think for us, this was the next step to show our commitment,” Origliasso said.
She has said she respects Geyer’s chastity vow.
“I support him with all his decisions, just as he supports mine,” she said. “It’s all good.”

The Countdown To Dean Geyer’s Becoming A Man Starts… Now!
9:10AM Clem Bastow | Happy news – or sad news, if you’re approximately 13-years-old – from the teen pop fraternity: Lisa “The Veronicas” Origliasso and Dean “Still A Virgin” Geyer have announced their engagement!
Evidently Lisa was tired of taking out stocks in AA batteries the couple are very much in love and despite having put the kybosh on marriage talk only months ago, have decided to take a long walk up a short aisle.
“Dean Geyer and Lisa Origliasso, together with their families, are delighted to announce they are engaged,” the statement said.
“The couple have been together since April 2007 and are thrilled to share their news.”
Origliasso, 23, and Geyer, 22, met at the ARIA Awards in 2006, when The Veronicas won the best pop release for their debut album The Secret Life Of…
Aww, bless their tiny little hearts. Will Geyer do a backflip in the church after the ceremony? Will sister Jess have to cover up her powerful tatts? Will there be mass hara kiri amongst the Dolly readership? Will the marriage last?

Guy Sebastian’s Christian Rock Wedding Extravaganza
11:56AM Clem Bastow | Ever since Guy Sebastian aka Australia’s Most Famous Virgin announced his impending nuptials to long-term girlfriend Jules Egan, the question that has been on everyone’s mind is how long will they stay at the reception before going back to the hotel to root like rabbits on Viagra who will sing at the wedding?
Well, it looks as though Australia’s Third Or Fourth Most Famous Virgin (the #2 spot is occupied by Dean Geyer), Matt Corby, is set to do the honours. Perhaps he could serenade them with Damien Rice’s The Blower’s Daughter? We don’t believe we’ve heard him do that one before.
The soul star will be humming the wedding march when he ties the knot with Egan in Sydney on May 20, but it’s 2007 Idol star Corby who’ll be centre stage during the reception.
Both are members of the Assemblies of God’s Paradise Community Church – where Sebastian and Egan met in Adelaide 13 years ago – and Corby has formed a close friendship with the Idol alumni since his own challenging run through the Channel Ten contest.
“Challenging”? Is that what they call “beloved by mums, nannas, little girls and gays” these days?

10:00AM Clem Bastow | While Lisa Origliasso is presumably working the cash-registers at Target Miranda right now, she also found the time to tell the Hun about her relationship with Idol’s back-flipping Christian poster boy, Dean Geyer – who a) lives in Melbourne while Origliasso is in LA, and b) is remaining a virgin until marriage. Sounds like a winner!
Origliasso has a reputation as a rock chick with bad-boy exes, including disgraced radio DJ Craig “Lowie” Lowe.
“I don’t feel any pressure,” Origliasso said yesterday of Geyer’s vow of chastity.
“I support him with all his decisions just as he supports mine, so it’s all good. We’re very secure in our relationship, we’re very happy. I support all his choices.”
We’re sure they’re very happy but there is something in Lisa’s repeated “supporting” of Dean’s “choices” that makes us picture her rocking back and forth whilst saying it, Howard Hughes-style. More »
