YouTube Instant is a cool website inspired by Google’s new Instant search. The site rapidly flips through YouTube videos as you type. YouTube Instant’s creator, Stanford junior Feross Aboukhadijeh, got a job offer via Twitter from YouTube founder Chris Hurley.
