Amy Winehouse Forgets The Words To ‘Valerie’

Professional Troubled Singer™ Amy Winehouse recently performed the hit song Valerie on stage with Mark Ronson, although perhaps ‘performed’ is too strong a word. She seemed to have a lot of trouble remembering the words, and all in all the following clip is akin to watching a slow car crash.

I do hope this was a one off disaster. For a while there, it almost seemed as though Amy Winehouse was getting her shit together, and saying utterly normal things like “I have a crush on Cheryl Cole” instead of voicing her thoughts through baby mice. I was really hopeful!

PS: Hilariously, Amy Winehouse appeared to think that Cheryl Cole had a crush on her back in 2008. Given Cheryl Cole’s well known loathing of drugs, this seems… unlikely.
