When I was a little tacker, I owned Collette’s hit song “Ring My Bell” on a cassingle and I would listen to it obsessively and dance around my bedroom in a crazed manner until I tired myself out. I remember my older sister giving me some advice about fashion – she told me that if I wanted to look cool, I should purchase a denim jacket and then cover it with badges and small plastic toy saxophones because she’d seen Collette wear something similar and Collette was extremely hip. I think the fact that I owned a pair of fluro bike pants and a matching crop top can probably be blamed on Collette too. More »
