A tipster emailed the Vanity Fair customer service department this week because his magazine stopped being delivered. He received an alarming response!

Our customer service is closed due to an emergency situation. A
response to your email could be delayed. Thank you for your patience
during this situation.

That response was sent barely an hour ago! What is the emergency, Vanity Fair? Please fill us in at once!
