Reader Des suggested the following video for our Clip Of The Day, saying “Liked the slow-mo sumo man? It’s your lucky day…” ISN’T IT THOUGH?!

Sorry I’ve been a little quieter than usual around these parts. I’ve spent the last few days trying to shake off an illness (probably something I picked up on the Tube from those bath-averse Londoners). I forced myself to leave the house today and make the most of the (sporadic) sunshine but I still feel a bit bleurgh and my brain is slower than usual, so I do hope you can be patient with me. x
