Peter Andre Swamped By Fans Of His Music… No, Really.

Post-divorce Peter Andre seems to be going great guns. People in the UK seem to vaguely respect him for behaving in a relatively classy way during his split from Katie Price, he’s looking buff again, he’s just released his first album in half a decade, and now teenage girls are going wild for him, old school style!

Reports the Daily Mail:

It seems Peter Andre has finally resurrected his pop career after years of attempting to regain the chart success of his first single, Mysterious Girl.

The recent dramas in his personal life and quickie divorce from Katie Price appear to have given him a turn around in his musical fortunes after more than a thousand teenage girls turned up to meet the Aussie singer.

The 36-year-old was signing copies of his new album Revelations at HMV at the Bullring in Birmingham.

Girls waited for hours and lined up for a chance get a signed copy of his album.

It’s a real Christmas miracle – and it’s only September!

And if you don’t think the following bit of information is rather sweet, then you are probably as cranky and irritable as I am these days.

An emotional Peter broke down in tears last night at the launch party of his new album Revelations at Studio Valbonne in Mayfair.

After singing Unconditional to the 200-strong audience – a song dedicated to his seven-year-old stepson Harvey – he came off stage and was overcome.

A close friend told Mail Online: ‘When Peter came backstage it all went a bit quiet and he started to cry. He really broke down because Harvey means so much to him.’

Some sceptics out there seem to believe Pete can turn the waterworks on at the drop of a hat, but I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt.

PS: What are the odds of Peter and Jordan getting back together just in time for him to have a Christmas number one?

PPS: I have to admit that Peter does look fantastic at the moment.
