Tracy Morgan Has Interesting Plans For His Possible Emmy Award

Tracy Morgan brought his own unique brand of lunacy to Letterman’s show last night, where he spoke at length on what he plans to do to avoid the “Whitney Houston syndrome” in the event he wins an Emmy this year.

Tracy Morgan is probably the most entertaining celebrity guest any talk show could ever book. Anyone remember the time he appeared on a local news show in El Paso, Texas? It was amazing!
