@pumpkinsoup: I would argue that yesterday's A list is today's B list (or lower). However the "sometime television actor" rules out Bruce. He had Moonlighting way back when, but no TV appearances in this millennium that I know of.
#5 and 6 need to get Hollywood Parents of the Year awards...pronto.

@xyzpdq: One just graduated from high school (Scout), and there is one even younger. However, I would not consider Demi former B-list ever. Remember back in the early 90's when she was the biggest actress around, and the highest paid, I believe. Former A-list all the way.

You know - the Blind Item is one of my guilty pleasures (along with the Keifer sightings). But all this slightly A/sometimes B list ratings are confusing. But, obviously they're here to stay. How about a compromise - what if we had some kind of cheat sheet available - so we would have examples of what exactly compromises "A List" "B/C List" "B+ List, etc."
