But the question remains: why would we want to?

@johnnypotatoes: Aw, and here I was taking your response personally, when really you're just an intern for the WSJ. Adorable!

  • Percy Bishounen Shelley

@johnnypotatoes: You having no idea what I'm talking about and me having no idea what I'm talking about are hardly the same thing. But thanks for playing.

@johnnypotatoes: But... Don't I get all my news from Gawker already?

@Percy Bishounen Shelley: "Rag?" Why do you say that? Are you mixing up the editorial pages (which are free online and thus not relevant here) with the news pages? If you mean the news pages, what's wrong with them? I mean, blurting something out like this is entertaining and all (I mean, for you, I guess), but ultimately, without some kind of explanation, you just appear to have no idea what you're talking about.

@Arceus: Because you want to read the news?

Or you could just use the Firefox plugin "refspoof" and type 'digg.com' when you're on the page of a locked WSJ story. This works for every article as opposed to the Google News method which leaves out certain stories at times.

Sorry, not reading that rag unless they pay *me*.

W@Honoria Glossop: "You must work there": The battle cry of the Commentariat.

  • johnnypotatoes

@Honoria Glossop: But you simply said "rag." It's the rhetorical equivalent of a sneeze or a spooge. What subtle point did I miss there? Then you posted again, this time having actually been invited to explain. Another spray of ejaculate. And still more reason to assume that you just like to make comments, even when you're completely in the dark -- hey, just like when you non-metaphorically masturbate!
