Julia Gillard Gives Gordon Ramsay A Word Of Advice
I haven’t mentioned the latest Gordon Ramsay versus Tracy Grimshaw drama on Defamer Australia yet, but I could safely summarise my thoughts by saying “Gordon, don’t be a fucking tool” and then declaring that I hope he magically morphs back to being the lovable sweary chef I adored back in the days before he indulged in amyl fuelled trysts with professional mistresses and began attempting to insult female reporters by calling them lesbians.
But who cares about my thoughts, I want to hear from Julia Gillard!
“I understand from the publicity that Gordon Ramsay is a good chef,” Ms Gillard said. “I think perhaps what he should do is confine himself to the kitchen and make nice things for people to eat rather than make public comments about others.”
“Nice things for people to eat” is probably the best and most simplistic description of Gordon’s job as a celebrity chef ever coined, and knowing that Julia’s words will undoubtedly infuriate the surly Scot just makes the whole thing even more enjoyable.
Wait until he hears her voice and discovers she’s never been married and dates a hairdresser – he’s gonna go nuts!
PS: In conclusion, Team Grimshaw/Team Gillard. I’d prefer it if the Prime Minister busied himself with the other big issues though. Getting publicly cranky over The Chaser and Gordon Ramsay’s heckling of Tracy Grimshaw in recent weeks just makes me think he’s a bit bored at the moment.

What is it with Aussies and Poms?
I don’t know why this tool is allowed to go out in public…he is a disgrace…..he’s arrogant, ugly and a horrible person and as far as what he has had to say in the last couple of days….who died and made him god….boycott anything he has to do with in Australia and hope the idiot goes home.
Who cares? I wish that they would just leave Ramsay alone. His swearing is part of who he is. Heaps of people swear. It’s just that he is a popular chef that people pay attention to it more. If he was a regular person leading a normal life, people wouldn’t even comment on his swearing. Let it go people. Swearing isn’t that bad okay.
No doubt everybodies darling, Tracy Grimshaw, is smarting by Gordies comments. If you light the match then be prepared to get burnt or put the flame out. Tracy, God bless her, is not my favourite presenter, boring to watch and very plain. She wants to interview these people and expects them to be all nice, come on, get a life. You did a very good job of disguising your dislike for the man in your interviews as you came across all charming and lovey dovey. Personally I think you are loving all the attention and trying to get a few perecntage points for good old channel 9. Should be good for the ashes test coming up.
gillard ramsay grimshaw all looking for ratings
If Gordon Ramsay called me a lesbian I would unbutton my blouse to expose my hairy breasts and tell him to prove it. How gay are you Gordon?
Honestly this thing is getting out of hand.Who cares what Gordon thinks of Tracy? Or for that matter do we care to waste our viewing experience on Tracy’s fightback? And now our Dputy Pime Mnster feels that this moronic episode of disagreement between two commercial tv personalitities deserves extra critique? Hello? The last time I checked the world was still plagued by poverty, the GFC and civil wars. What does julia think about these problems?
Gordius Gordon, a parasitic little worm who thrives on insulting strangers to get noticed. I certainly wouldn’t want to eat anything he cooked. One can just imagine where his creep crawly hands have been before he starts rubbing ingredients together and serves up a plate of steamed or baked syphilis pie, gonorrhoea cafe latte and some boogie clinging change
like good food some gossip will find its way to the sewer, never to be seen again. we seem to have constipation at the moment. eat more veges and move on.
I find it embarrassing that PM Kevin Rudd and Deputy PM Julia Gillard haven’t worked out that this whole thing is a stunt by Channel Nine to boost the ratings of both shows. In a contest for idiocy, the PM and Deputy PM have come equal first.
God bless you Jess Mcguire.
more like SHE should get back in the kitchen, and get busy cooking. ZING!
8am in the morning looking at google news and I have to see the words ‘fucking tool’ in the headline comment. Because it’s Gordon Ramsay it’s all good to swear in your article? Why don’t all of you grow up and report news when there’s actually real news out there. I don’t care if someone was mean to someone, what are we, year three?
sticks and stones guys… you are all acting like a bunch of 5 year olds. I seem to remember a few months ago everyone loved Ramsay. This isnt the playground get over it!
Not to mention the irony of a woman telling a man to get back in the kitchen. Nice one, Julia!
This is appropriate treatment for a sexist like Gordon Ramsey: A Female Deputy Prime Minister puts him, a male chef, back to his place (put his manner back in).
Another thing is he always attacked and hurt people based on their appearances. This is typical childish bully behaviour, who does he think he looks like? Brad Pitts, George Clooney?
haha, completely agree, why is Rudd commenting on TV shows? twice in one week? got much work on?
I think he just wants to be loved, a bit too much.
Clearly not Gordo’s issue though ….
Since when is being called a lesbian an insult?
Everyone wants a bit of sapphic love!!
“..confine hmself to the kitchen and make nice things for people to eat”, Oh I’m luvvin’that drollery. Hee hee.
