The Perfect Witness

Being a bit of a Law & Order fan, I know how important a good witness can be when it comes to putting evildoers behind bars. A flustered or forgetful witness can often lead law enforcement types on wild goose chases, while someone with a good attention to detail can help ensure criminals serve time for their crimes. Well, a young lady who witnessed a shooting on the weekend in Kings Cross and who was interviewed by a NineMSN film crew shortly afterwards takes the idea of a good witness to a whole new level.

Not only does she remember exact quotes from the conversation between the victim and the gunman, but she performs them in character. And what a character! This girl is fantastic. Who is she? Do you know her? Has a casting director for Neighbours or Home & Away contacted her yet? They bloody well should. She’s a delight and if there’s a God, she’ll be collecting the Best New Talent award at next year’s Wil Anderson-hosted Logies.
