I think currently that Jacqui Smith is trolling Michael Savage to stir the drama pot. Naturally, he's falling for it like the giant attention whore that he is. Plus, if he didn't want to come here anyway, what's he bitching about?

In completely different news, every time I click to reply to particular comments, I'm just taken back up to the top of the page, and with no box under the comment to type in when I scroll down. I expect this is is because of gay marriage or some other kind of debauchery ruining our society.

I'm sorry, but the health problems associated with it, having a cure that actually saves you money, and not being something that is an intrinsic value of who someone is, I don't believe it's defendable.

Before I get attacked for this:

1) I let myself go in college and ballooned to 235 pounds. It took me a year to get down to 185. I've been there ever since.

2) It's not purely genetic. The United States is one of the most ethnically diverse populations on the planet, and also the heaviest. The odds of it being do to a massive (no pun intended) influx of the genetically obese -versus- the doubling of both fast food outlets and the percentage of the population that's clinically obese over the last 20 years seems to work out in favor of people eating themselves to obesity.

Also just in general, there nothing wrong with fat being a "bad word". As a person of mass, getting called fat may hurt my feelings, but it's incentive to get back in shape and lose that moniker.

On the other hand, I do think fat people should take offense to being grouped in with Rush and Savage.

I don't know, I don't agree with the man, but to put him on a list of extremists and based on that bar him from entering the country, sounds a very harsh to me. What are they trying to do here? Protect British citizens from him? The Brits had never heard of him, untill this incident, so they are finding out for themselves about him, via his podcasts. Pointless this whole barring.
