Rihanna/Chris Brown Debacle Began Over Text Message, Will Be Ended By Jay-Z
Finally, new details are emerging as to how the brutal alleged fight between Rihanna and Chris Brown began—and which hip-hop star has a vested interest in ending it.
According to the NY Daily News, the two were leaving Clive Davis’s pre-Grammy party when Brown’s phone lit up:
“He got a booty call. He got a text. Rihanna saw it and she got upset. They started to argue. She got out of the car. He wanted her to get back in, so he grabbed her,” the industry source said. “She pulled away. That’s when she’s told people he hit her.”
E! has more—a lot more—about just what went down at that point, alleging that it’s Brown who left the car:
Brown pulled his silver Lamborghini to the side of a street in L.A.’s Hancock Park neighbourhood. That’s when, per the source, Rihanna grabbed the car keys and tossed them out the window, sending Brown into a rage.
He tried in vain to find the keys, then came back to the car, put his hands around her neck and, according to the insider, said, “I’m going to kill you!”
According to the source, the 20-year-old “Disturbia” singer told police that she lost consciousness, and when she awoke, Brown had fled.
According to the source, her right eye was blackened and badly swollen and she had hand prints on her arms. The responding officers were so concerned about her, they drove Rihanna to the hospital in their squad car instead of waiting for an ambulance.
Finally the NY Post reports that Jay-Z is…well, let’s just say that he’s more than “a little concerned”:
The hip-hop powerhouse, who rapped “99 Problems,” was enraged when he heard that Brown allegedly beat up Rihanna, the R&B star whom Jay-Z discovered and mentored.
“He hit the roof,” a source close to him told Us Weekly. “Chris is a walking dead man. He messed with the wrong crew.”

We can all speculate.It is horrible if Chris did beat her as bad as the media is saying but we know they can blow things out of the water and we haven’t seen any pictures and are only going by word of mouth right now which isn’t very reliable.Also if she had bite marks did he hold her down and bite her or was he defending himself?There is more to the story than we are getting and now we are only getting parts.We shouldn’t judge until all facts are released or revealed.
We should not judge this young man based on what Rihanna has said. Who says Brown inflicted those injuries? Only Rihanna said that.
Rihanna’s story about being choked until she was unconscious and when she woke up he was gone is so WACK it sounds ridiculously Stupid…
Did he beat her in her sleep? I think this young man wanted out and she is crying Wolf to save herself embarassment, no one knows who inflicted those injuries if Brown walked away from the confrontation. He had to walk away because she threw away the keys in the bushes… Why would Rihanna do that if she is scared for her life? Ask yourself some commn sense questions don’t get caught up with the cry of injuries. Women inflict pain on themselves at times to create attention and play the victim.
Question: If a man is beating you or has hit you, why would you throw away the keys to the car??? Come on with the Truth Already.
Something about her story sounds manufactured and reaching for Sympathy voted from people who have genuinely been battered…
Stop Judging Until the FACTS are revealed…
i agree with not judgeing..however..we dont know how it went down at all..so everyone should just relax until we know what really happened..if u were beat ..would u press charges..to answer ..i would .however women and men in the types of situation do things that dont make sense at all ..so its hard to rule on if anything you hear is real or sounds manufacture or whatever.so like i said dont think you know until we hear the real story from the horses mouth.
Consider this incident: Sad, Mean, Terrible, Shocking what ever you WANT to approve your decision! Or make your conclusion more to the truth! The TRUTH about it all…. is NO ONE! NO ONE! has the RIGHT to touch a person in the way’s being described between Rhianna & Chris Brown. Call Rhianna a liar, or assume it’s her fault… Chris Brown hasn’t mentioned once! about being physically touched by Rhianna, so what give’s HIM the right to do it to HER?!?! What was Chris thinking! obviously he should “RUN IT” through his head a couple of times!!!
