Fact Or Fiction: Stephen Cummings Attended Ben Lee’s Wedding

I am sure you are all familiar with the wonderful Stephen Cummings, yes? I have rattled on about him a fair bit around here, what with him being one of this country’s finest songwriters and all. He recently wrote a blog post on his MySpazz about Ben Lee’s wedding to Ione Skye and I thought I would share it with you to see if you could help me decide if it is fact or fiction.

Ahem.

From an entry titled “Ben Lee is famous for being a lump. I was at his wedding” -

Ben Lee is famous for being a useless lump. That’s not true. I should know as you can see from my photo I was in India with Ben for the marriage. For some reason they didn’t use me in the feature in WHO-weekly. I did a duet with Missy Higgins. After a short while Missy Higgins betrayed me and had a threesome with some actors from ‘The Love-Boat’ revisited movie. Missy brushed by me and hissed, “Happiness is a hard master, particularly other people’s happiness. You loser!” She said she could have me sent to a prison in Azkaban because she had close connections with JK Rowling. Ben said for many years he had been lonely; Clare had been a good shag. She didn’t understand his inside-outside sensibilities. Now he’s got Donovan for a father-in-law or hurdy gurdy man if you prefer. imagine what that will do to his music? Gosh! Ben also claimed to no longer have constant constipation. Love you Stephen Metta Ben Lee
