Are Shane And Simone Back Together AGAIN?

Back in September of last year when Simone Callahan used the pages of New Idea to announce to the world that not only had she and former husband Shane Warne been secretly seeing each other but they’d just broken up because Shane had – quelle surprise – texted saucy things to another woman, Defamer Australia concluded our report on the incident by saying -

Considering she’s taken Shane back, oh, we don’t know.. (counts fingers and toes…) A BILLION TIMES, we dare say this isn’t the end of the ongoing love saga between Simone Callahan and Shane Warne.

And guess what? It looks as though we may have been right. In what has turned out to be a bit of a two thousand and great for Shane Warne (new found love and respect from the Australian people, star of hit musical), it seems he and his former missus may indeed be back together.

The sports world is abuzz with rumours Shane Warne has patched up his rift with on-off partner Simone Callahan.

Simone, have you anything to say?

“I don’t know what you’re talking about. We’re just good friends,” she said. But many in the sporting world insist that the couple are an item again.

Well, it’s not as though Simone taking Shane back after last September’s text drama is completely beyond the realm of possibility. They’ve gone through worse scandals before only to end up in each others arms once more.

And hey, even though he struggles to keep it in his pants, I have absolutely no doubt that as far as his heart is concerned, there’s only ever been one woman for him and it’s Simone. Some might call her a fool for taking him back, but I say good for them. I support those crazy kids 100% – as long as someone can promise me that I won’t have to read any sooky “Shane broke my heart – again!” pieces in New Idea in a year’s time.

But the above paragraph is completely pointless because nothing has been confirmed and I might be getting all strangely chuffed for them for no reason whatsoever.

Friends say they have been seeing each other again for at least a couple of weeks. Warne could not be reached yesterday.
