More Azaria: “A Total Wanker Back Then And Hasn’t Changed An Iota”
After our our earlier open letter to Jess Veronicas, we received a message from a very good source who knows Azaria. They had this to say about The Follow’s THEART’s frontman.
I knew both Azaria and “KJ” back when they were just Brisbane teenagers. Azaria was a total wanker back then and hasn’t changed an iota now. Every time I see his face I want to bash him.
Harsh! But since Azaria made me feel a bit cockpunchy too, I can’t judge my anonymous source. They continue…
Kara couldn’t play bass. Only learnt because she was ****ing Azaria.

She joined the band after something happened to the last bass player – might have been either pushed out or kicked in favour of Kara. I was at their first gig at the Newtown RSL. She was crap because she’d picked up a bass like three days before.
Presumably she’s improved since then.
There was further conversation about Azaria’s constantly off-chops behaviour, but I appear to have lost my copy of our correspondence because I am a bloody idiot.

Was this not also the same Azaria who appeared in the same series of Popstars as Scott Cain? Series 3?
It sure is, JH. I’m surprised that this hasn’t been commented on more with his little publicity stunt for his “band”. Jess, why not dig up some old Popstars 3 footage of your little mate? If I recall correctly, he was a whiny little knob…but then again, it was Popstars 3, so there were a LOT of whiny little knobs :)
jess fell in love with azaria on that show. it’s just a bonus for her that he’s in one of the best bands in Australia if not the world. A publicity stunt? come on. the only five times that jess and ruby hang out there was camera’s there there. ruby’s an untalented journalist. I’d be trying arrange and get into photos with someone like jess if I was here too.

Listening to their (both this tool’s and the Veronica’s) music is like having root canal without anaesthetic. Not a shred of talent between them, and all who enjoy this crapola should never again refer to themselves as music fans.
I love how people that have never met someone feel they have the right to comment as though they do. To the guy who ‘knew azaria when he was a teenager in brisbane’- well so did i. Probably much better than you given he lived with one of my best friends and i was there most days as it was near uni. Granted, Azaria walks to his own beat, but he has a heart of gold. He was always willing to help a friend out, could always make you laugh and was a good shoulder to cry on when u needed that too. I’m a conservative health professional and Azaria have almost nothing in common. Though I love music, our tastes differ somewhat. Despite this, I treasure the times I spent with him throughout uni. We may be very different people, but when it comes down to it, he is a kind and loving person, and in the end, that is all that matters. If you’re someone who judges people without really getting to know them, I can understand your opinion. The problem with your opinion is that it is uniformed and bigotist.
Just thought this website deserved an opinion from someone who knows azaria- rather than someone who met him but never really knew him.
I know another wanker Chris Russell, total Wanker! The best wanker out, brags about his money, how many girls he has slept with and hence how experienced he is. He needs to get over himself. Warning over girls who fall for his smoothness, he is nothing but lies, serial cheater!
