Over a year ago we launched a concept called Your Monday Morning MP3 which was meant to alert you to amazing free mp3’s available online for your listening pleasure. Being the kind of easily distracted lass I am, I totally forgot about it after the initial post – but hey, it’s been a year, it’s a Monday, so even though it’s afternoon I say let’s get downloading, folks!

He’s the dude from Ice Cream Hands, and he’s rather good at this whole songwriting caper. Charles has a beautiful song called In Your Arms available to download from his MySpazz page (you can read the story behind the tune here) and I’ve been listening to it all day (along with the AMAZING Lilith Lane, who I will talk about another time, but suffice to say her weekend album launch made many rock and roll types’ heads explode with glee…)
