Apparently the only shitty thing Dane Cook likes to carry around is his act from five years ago. The "comedian" has had a complaint filed against him in a Los Angeles court because he allegedly refuses to clean up after his tiny Miniature Pinscher, Beast. (Get it? It's little, but it's called something big. Pet naming, now with comedic irony!) The neighbours even claim they have video of the "actor" letting his pooch pinch one off before walking away empty-handed. We hope this footage gets released, because it is most likely the only time we would ever watch a Dane Cook video twice. [NY Post]

Dane Cook refusing to pick up after his dog. Isn't that like when sharks refuse to eat lawyers who've fallen overboard?

For a long time I dreamed about buying a bassett hound and naming it 'Flash.' And then I realized that cruel irony is unfunny when you have to live with it. No wonder this asshole doesn't nail anyone besides his groupies.

Don't make funny of Dane Cook's act. I mean, he's loud and has a lot of myspace friends, so he must be funny, right?

OK, this may get me booted from commenter status, but I've always found Dane Cook to be kind of hot. Admittedly I've never heard his stand-up, seen an interview, or really experienced anything other than still photos, no sound, so that may explain it.
BTW, I refuse to believe that there is nothing else on Defamer worthy of the tag "Tough Shituation." Love it.

Excellent work on the photo. Owners and their dogs really do resemble one another after a while!
