· Report: Fake-love may have gone sour for Star Jones and gay husband.
· Joe Francis in transit: The flashcore mogul is being released from Nevada jail to face his Panama City, Fla. charges.
· It's a PR miracle! A big feature about The Dark Knight in the NY Times that doesn't reference Heath Ledger's death until the 17th paragraph!
· Britney Spears has been granted a $1500-per-week debit card allowance, which she'll burn through on the first day with one glorious Pinkberry containing double-servings of every available topping.
· Ah, we never tire of looking at pictures of the ageless Catherine Zeta-Jones and the ageful Michael Douglas.

The "Tori Spelling is Destitute" story has always driven me around the bend. AS IF. As if Gollum would have ever allowed his little princess to go bankrupt.
And has it occurred to her that maybe her parents did the responsible thing by insisting she support herself with her own salary and learn about real life when she got her first high-paying job?
She is as big a media whore as her gold-digging husband.

I want to strangle Tori Spelling. Awww, she's soooo poor. Hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted on 'bad shopping habits.' I'm sorry, but that's the douchiest thing ever. I have no idea why, but that particular moment of Hollywood stupid bitch history really enraged me. /rant

as the Tori Spelling of my family (without the shopping habit) - I do empathize with her. Her parents lack of financial support has nothing to do with making her independent - it's quite punitive, I'm sure.

@fembot: Maybe she needed to be punished? Just based on that clip alone, the "poor me -- I ran up my credit cards" schtick, I might have done worse than cut her off from the family teat for a couple of years while she was making her own substantial salary.

Agreed. Aaron was under no obligation to leave his adult children anything. They are lucky to get anything at all. If she would have wisely invested her 90210 earnings, she would at least be as well off as Gabrielle Carteris, who near as I can tell, didn't do a damn thing since leaving that show. Except the Surreal Life.

Spelling left both of his children $800,000 before taxes. He didn't forget about them and do a John/Julian Lennon thing. Maybe he wanted his daughter to get a job or even an education? I hope and pray that someday someone dies and even leaves me $8. Anybody?

ON 20/20 Tori said she was hurt that when she asked her mother (as a little girl) if she was pretty, her mother would say - when you grow up and get a nose job. So, since when is giving your kid a dose of reality abuse? Especially since even the surgery didn't do the trick...
