The ‘Lost Boys 2′ Trailer Premiere: Now With 100% Less Corey Haim!
With 21 years dividing the first The Lost Boys from its sequel The Lost Boys 2: Return to Lost Boys Island (An Interactive Sing n’ Say DVD Adventure), we weren’t expecting much from its trailer premiere on MTV.com; recapturing adolescent-vampire lighting-in-a-bottle, after all, seemed to us as unlikely a scenario as Corey Haim securing work from a trade ad announcing his splashy return to the game.
Just like we feared, the results are decidedly mixed, as while Santa Carla’s immortal tweens population still seems to be up to all manner of bloodsucking hoodlumism, the complete absence of Corey Feldman’s name-sharing, platonic life-partner from the proceedings suggests to us that Haim’s eventual inclusion in the production whose shunning once made him cry was symbolic at best.

Just watched the movie, It was cool but It could have done without alot of the lame college life crap that they think they have to throw into every new movie. Vampires with video cameras talking about posting things on youtube and acting like they are on jack ass, skateboarding chase scenes, and the vampires cave even has a built in half pipe, Come on! stop already!
Other than that it was not a big blockbuster of a movie but a step above the typical scifi movies with small budgets being put out lately.
Haim was in the movie but only as a 10 second cameo and at the very end of the movie after the credits started already, and in full makeup, did not know it was him till I saw his name in the credits. Also the guy that was suposed to play the other frog brother was suposed to be in the movie but it did not happen, instead his character is suposed to be dead before the movie even starts.
if you like vamp movies or feldman go check it out.
