Our Naomi No More.

Fuck you too, Naomi Watts!
In what appears to be a severe case of baby brain, the pregnant Hollywood star has said she no longer calls Australia home - instead Naomi Watts announced that she thinks of herself as being British.
You can forget getting a gift basket of goodies from The Good People Of Australia once the sprog is dropped later this year.
NB: If you get nominated for an Oscar in the future, we will forget this ever happened and grip onto you with two clammy, passionate and desperate hands.

Oh no I can't abide by this disowning of Naomi! (even if she did cast the first stone)
You see, Naomi played Frances Heffernan in ABC's 'Brides Of Christ' which spoke tenderly to my catholic-schoolgirl-with-divorced-parents angst. She will always be the hero of 13 year old Lucyrogue.

let's see over the past 20 years, who have been suporting watts' films and career more. it's never her home country australia. the u.s., the u.k., france, italy...everywhere around the world except the country that should be proud than not about her achievements are given her the praises, honor and recognition that she earns and deserves. australia recognize only what they call "our nic", "our cate", our "kylie"... australia always put watts in the shadow of their nic, and slighted her after their cate, or even their toni. they have asked for it and deserve the blame themselves. so i'm happy and fuck you too!

Naomi was born in England and lived there for 14 years. She probably stayed the same length of time in Australia before moving to the U.S. It's the U.S. where she lives the most of her time, works and makes a success in her career. She is Australian pride and has called Australia home many times in public. She even made Ned Kelly out of patriotism at her most busiest time. She also helps promote Australia as the best country in the world for travel magazines. When she was on vacation, she spent it in Australia. At the 2001 Oscars red carpet when she mentioned about the nomination of Hugh Jackman, she raised her arm and said with great honor and excitement: "Australian!". You people are so shallow and mean. She should always be your pride. I'm sure if she were to get her first Oscar Award she would receive it as Australian, although Australia had never been really appreciative of nor recognized this overseas success of hers. Shame on you!

She builds her career in Australia then discards the place like an unwanted tourism brochure. Geez, even Qantas ambassador John Travolta has higher regard for Oz. Hell, maybe we should adopt him in her place.
Snobbery or Scientology? Ooh, tough call...
